Dr. Carlos F. Vittar is an economist and PhD in Economic Sciences. He specialized in project management and coaching in Germany and has since worked with the goal of helping people and organizations on the path to improving their performance in Argentina and abroad.

The constant challenge as a professional is to accompany each client in their particular situation and discover together new ways to improve their well-being in their work and profession, in their business or in their organization.

Elemento Coach also brings together a group of specialists in family business coaching, organizational, financial, ontological and linguistic coaching around a virtual organization.

We help people who work in companies or organizations, who are entrepreneurs or are on the way to creating their own business. Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is derived from coaching in its original form, which has always been used in sports, since it works on specific objectives and aims to strengthen self-confidence and leadership.

We work with conversation, on the topics you are interested in discussing, the options you want to evaluate and the alternative paths in your decision-making. Coaching accompanies you hand in hand with the coach, to give you a framework of thoughts and ideas external to your vision, which complements it or puts it up for discussion.

The method used by Elemento Coach is specially prepared to work with decision-makers, who must meet and enforce objectives.

At Elemento Coach we offer you a personalized and 100% subsidized diagnostic session to understand your challenge and for you to learn about our method.

Then we work together, between coach and coachee, through biweekly sessions, where we talk about the current situation and possible objectives. Then we evaluate and set them, to use them as a roadmap in our coaching and review them as they progress.

Coaching can be a specific process of some sessions that help you set objectives and then accompany you sporadically, to evaluate and refresh them. It can also take the form of a constant dialogue during the period you need it, in which we review the objectives and their scope in a biweekly work routine.

Our coaching can be done in person and synchronously virtually, following the same guidelines as in face-to-face sessions.
