Elemento Coach is made up of a group of specialists led by Dr. Carlos Vittar, who after living for a long period in Europe returned to Argentina in 2012 to dedicate himself to strengthening people and organizations in his country.

Dr. Carlos Vittar is an undergraduate professor at the National University of Córdoba, in the Faculty of Economics and a graduate professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences and Law. He also collaborates with Universidad Siglo 21 in numerous roles and is a reference for technological linkage and internationalization at CIECS, a research institute on culture and society belonging to CONICET and UNC.

He has carried out consultancies for the public sector and specialized in Germany in advising entrepreneurs and SMEs to improve their performance, as well as in project management and executive coaching.

Along with him, Elemento Coach is made up of outstanding specialists in various areas of coaching, such as family businesses, organizational, financial, ontological and linguistic. Professionals in psychology, business administration, foreign languages, political science and law are also involved. All of this group of people and their knowledge, centered around a virtual organization, aim together to provide an effective and accurate response to the specific questions of each person and each organization.
